What a licence covers
A key activates one machine. Moving to new hardware is free — deactivate the old appliance and the key is released.
If a subscription lapses
The honeypot keeps recording. You get a 30-day grace period, then reminders — but it never stops watching your network because a payment failed.
Running several sites?
Buy a licence per appliance. The phone app manages them all together.
Questions people ask first
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. It installs on a spare PC or mini server you already have — an old desktop is plenty.
Does my data go to you?
No. Captured events stay on your appliance. Only licence checks reach us.
What if I stop paying?
It keeps capturing. You lose alerts and the app, not the evidence — a security tool should not go quiet because a card expired.
Can I move it to another machine?
Yes, as often as you like. Deactivate the old one from your account page and the licence frees up immediately.
