shasum -a 256 tripwires-appliance.isoOn Windows, in PowerShell:
Get-FileHash .\tripwires-appliance.iso -Algorithm SHA256What you need
A spare machine
2 cores, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB of disk is plenty. An old desktop works.
A USB stick
8 GB or larger. Writing the image erases it completely.
Then follow Getting started — writing the stick, booting, and the setup wizard, step by step.
